LYKKEBREVET - Lottery Stamp sold to raise funds for the Norwegian Refugee Committee and bears the United Nations Refugee emblem. The stamp had a face value of 50ø but was sold for 2 Kr. 50 the balance being for the Refugee Fund. Each stamp had a serial number which was entered in a lottery. These were on sale from 1st June 1964 to 15th July 1964. Not listed by Gibbons, Facit number LM1.
Postage portion only, used as shown serial B.
