Second issue of special events label entitled "Congratulations" they are self adhesive and termed 'ALM labels' these were issued on 4th August 2011, set of 5 from the sheet containing 10 labels (two of each design), unmounted mint. N.B. Designs of the stamps are unchanged but face value is increased to 8.00 Kr. S. G. Nos: 1658/62
