1937 to 1947 Officials

Official stamps of Norway inscribed 'Offentlig sak' smaller than the earlier issue. There are two sets of this design the earlier stamps (1937/8) were issued on watermarked paper while the later stamps (1939-47) were on paper without watermark. Both sets are perforated 13 all round.
