The 'Postmaster' Booklet - due to the unfamiliarity of the Swedish public with sheets of 100 stamps, it proved difficult to sell these at post offices. Postmasters were therefore instructed to make booklets from the sheets they hadin stock using any suitable card. The booklets were usually datestamped as in this case.
